Privacy

What we collect and why.

We collect agent contact details, agency details, licensed states, requested verticals, billing status, delivery preferences, and support messages. For lead records, we store consumer-submitted fields, consent metadata, timestamp, URL, IP signal, and delivery logs.

We use this data to match leads, deliver records, process replacements, maintain compliance proof, prevent fraud, and support your account. We do not sell agent account data. Lead data is routed according to the purchase and consent record.

Cookies are used for basic site behavior and attribution. You can opt out of marketing contact by emailing legal@lead2u.example.

Terms

How the service works.

Lead2u provides exclusive insurance lead delivery by vertical, state, and routing rules. Payment is due before delivery unless written invoicing terms are approved. You may cancel future delivery, but delivered leads are not refundable except through the replacement policy.

You are responsible for licensing, call practices, disclosures, and product suitability. Lead2u is not responsible for lost profits, poor scripts, delayed follow-up, or carrier decisions. Disputes are handled first through written support review.
